However, Pilates mat workout is a stage for advanced student who have been doing Pilates for a long time. It is a workout based on principles such as breathing, control, centering, and fluidity of movement to create a harmonious and healthy body.

Pilates mat workouts are done on the floor with small, auxiliary equipment. During mat training, the focus is primarily on the floor, requiring more control and coordination. On the other hand, large equipment provides support and allows you to work more deeply, helping you achieve results faster.

Pilates during pregnancy is highly recommended as it keeps the muscles toned, prevents hernia, reduces pressure on the organs, prepares the body for childbirth, and allows for quick recovery after delivery.

Pilates is highly recommended if you have a hernia. In the case of a hernia, we recommend only individual sessions. People with a hernia need a personalized program and full supervision from the trainer. In group workouts, there is a risk of straining the spine, and the affected area may suffer.

Our team has launched online workouts specifically for people who don’t have the time or ability to travel to our studios, or who may not have studios with qualified trainers nearby. Online Pilates within our studios is just as beneficial as traditional Pilates, thanks to the experience and professionalism of our trainers. The sessions are conducted in small groups, and all clients are required to have their video camera on so the trainer can monitor each participant.
